The Cancer Society run talks, courses and groups for anyone affected by cancer including family and whānau. Most sessions are free. Koha or donations are appreciated.

Exercise
We are seeking interest from people who have had a cancer diagnosis about being part of an exercise programme to regain or retain fitness during and after treatment.
