The Art Auction

The Cancer Society Wellington has partnered with QT Museum Wellington to host the inaugural QT Museum Art Action in March 1st 2018. This ‘cocktail’ event will bring together a select group of established New Zealand artists with high value donors and dignitaries to support the Cancer Society Wellington fundraising so we can continue to provide and expand our services.

We will be using GalaBid as the online silent auction process from early January until the night of the event on Thursday March 1st,  to give everyone a chance bid for the artworks.  The auction will be split into 2 categories (a) silent bidding only artworks for more than 10 artists and (b) silent then live bidding for a further 11 ( possibly more)  artists using Ian Klinac, our auctioneer (thanks Ian),  on the night for those attending the event. More information on artists, ticket sales, artworks and indicative auction prices will be added soon .... along with a link (that works) to the Galabid auction site   https://galabid.com/auction/artauction
