Take part in a fundraising event

Take part in a fundraising event – it’s fun and rewarding

Every day 60 New Zealanders will hear the words “I am sorry you have cancer”.

By taking part in a Cancer Society fundraising event you will be extending a helping hand to cancer patients and their families by helping to provide compassionate support, funding breakthrough cancer research and delivering vital cancer education and advocacy.

Events are a great way to make a real difference!

Current events include:

Relay For Life

Daffodil Day

Entertainment Books 2016/2017

Or you could do your own fundraising.

Fundraise yourself

Cancer is too big an issue for any one of us to tackle alone. We know we are stronger when we work together

By setting up your own fundraising activity you can extend a helping hand to cancer patients and their families - now and in the future.

It’s easy and fun!

Advocacy

Cancer Society’s Health Promotion teams work to create a future with less cancer

As a Cancer Society community advocate, you can help create a future with less cancer for our children and grandchildren by helping to influence key decision makers to create policy and legislation that improves the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders, today and into the future.
