Mindfulness Course for People Affected by Cancer
Mindfulness is a gentle practice of observation and awareness of the self and others, non-judgementally and in-the-moment. It can reduce anxiety and stress and promotes a sense of well-being and control, thereby improving quality of life.
This is a free introductory course of six sessions at our Newtown offices.
The sessions will be led by Peter Davies, a retired medical doctor and mindfulness teacher.
The sessions will run weekly, for six weeks, starting on Monday 25 March at 11am to 12:15pm
