New Zealand's Cancer Rates

Australasia has the highest cancer rate in the world

Cancer is currently responsible for 30% of all deaths within New Zealand and sadly the latest report from the World Health Organisation estimates that the number of New Zealanders affected by cancer will increase to 50% over the next 12 to15 years.

This has been big news over the last few weeks and we want to keep the conversation going. New Zealand is lagging behind in our access to cancer treatments compared to Australia and other countries.

We want to hear from people like you about this important issue.

Join us in our advocacy to address the disparity in access to cancer medicines which see New Zealand lagging far behind other countries, namely Australia. Add your name to our petition and let's see what we can do!
